Most people over the years have known us as The Dental Shop. The Dental Shop formed in 1997 as the only specialized dental benefits administrator in the Northeast. Under The Dental Shop umbrella, we have grown to provide dental administration on behalf of more than 120,000 members throughout the nation. Our innovative dental products, flexible administration capabilities and unparalleled customer service have contributed to our success over the years.
The corporate decision was made in 2009 to expand our product offerings to include Vision benefits, Statutory Disability, and Group Life and AD&D. We changed our corporate name to Pro Benefits Administrators to allow us greater opportunity to offer these additional products to our existing clients, as well as to expand our market presence. However, dental insurance has, and always will, remain our primary focus.
In summary, Pro Benefits Administrators is a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for dental, vision, group life and AD&D & DBL benefits. We have been providing benefits consulting, design and administration to employer sponsored groups for over 25 years. Our success has been achieved through offering customized & flexible product design, unparalleled customer service, and competitive administration costs.
